How to send a parcel to Norway?

- We agree on a pickup time – we collect the parcel from your home or workplace.
- The parcel travels on the next trip by ferry through Sweden to Norway.
- Before arrival, the driver contacts the recipient to agree on the delivery time.
How much does a parcel to Norway cost?
We don’t weigh parcels – you pay for the space the parcel takes in the van. It’s simple and often cheaper for larger but light parcels. The minimum price is 20 € / 220 NOK; prices for banana boxes, suitcases and pallets are in the table below.

What can be sent to Norway?
We carry personal parcels, clothes and other belongings, furniture, household appliances, building materials, euro pallets and non-standard cargo.
Perishable food, dangerous substances, weapons, alcohol and tobacco products, cash, jewellery and other items prohibited by law cannot be sent.
Norway is not a member of the European Union, so some shipments – especially commercial cargo and vehicles – may require customs formalities. Let us discuss your shipment and the documents needed before sending.
Where in Norway do we deliver?
We regularly drive through Halden, Moss, Vestby, Ski, Oslo, Jessheim, Hamar, Drammen, Tønsberg and Sandefjord and the surrounding areas. If the recipient lives elsewhere, contact us – we will check whether we can deliver.
How much does it cost?
The price of parcels and partial loads is based on the space the cargo takes up in the vehicle, so there is no need to weigh anything. Simple, clear and often cheaper.

Do I have to bring the parcel myself?
No – we collect the parcel from your address anywhere along our route in Lithuania.
How should I pack a parcel for Norway?
Use sturdy boxes or suitcases, wrap fragile items in bubble wrap and fill empty spaces. Clearly mark each parcel with the recipient’s name and phone number.
How is the price of a parcel calculated?
We do not weigh parcels – the price depends on how much space the parcel takes up in the van. The minimum price is 20 € / 220 NOK. See all prices on the Prices page.
Can you collect a parcel from my home?
Yes – we collect parcels from the address you give anywhere in Lithuania and along our route in Norway.
What cannot be sent?
You cannot send perishable food, dangerous (flammable, explosive, chemical) substances, weapons or weapon parts, alcohol and tobacco products, money, precious metals, gemstones, jewellery, works of art, drugs or any other goods prohibited by law. The sender is responsible for the contents.

GuidesCustoms and VAT on parcels to Norway
A gift to Norway is free of duty and VAT if it is worth no more than NOK 1,000 per recipient and is sent between private persons. Above that, the recipient pays 25% VAT on the full value. Tobacco and nicotine products cannot be sent from 2026. A gift from Norway to Lithuania is tax-free up to €45.

You can send clothing, belongings and most EU-made food for personal use to Norway. Prohibited: tobacco and nicotine products, drinks stronger than 60%, illegal weapons and fireworks without approval. Sending medicines by parcel is not recommended, and plants need a phytosanitary certificate.

When importing a car into Norway, it is declared to customs and 25% VAT is paid. Then a technical approval is done at Statens vegvesen, and the one-off registration tax (engangsavgift) and NOK 2,400 scrap deposit tax (vrakpantavgift) are paid. In 2026, VAT on electric cars applies only to the value above NOK 300,000.
